Hi Edward,

The parts for the intercom have not been ordered by the contractor so the work cannot be undertaken until the new year.

Is there anyway that someone can make your property available on the day required for the installation?

Hello EJ,

I was told that the intercom would be looked at before Xmas. I will be away for a month across Jan-Feb 2016 and will not be available to open the apartment. Can you please organise two dates to be available to unit holders, to ensure access for the contractors, possibly pre-Xmas. I believe that the usage of the system will be high during the Xmas to NYE period.
