[200William-EC SP67851] SP 679851 Marquis - Intercom upgrading.

Hi William,

The motions was resolved by special resolution at the proxy vote EGM but Matt and I believe it may be more beneficial to have the intercom repaired next year when residents will all be available to allow access to their Lots.

Please confirm if this is correct Matt?
