[200William-EC SP67851] EGM Intercom -- PLEASE READ

Hi All,
  If you have not done so already please send through your proxy form 
for the vote at the EGM to approve the Intercom downgrade/upgrade.
I was talking to the Strata manager it appears that we do not even have 
enough votes in as yet to even say that all the EC had voted. If we do 
not get a
quorum we will not be able to get the intercom working again any time soon.

Also please if you are speaking to any other owners please ask them to 
send in their proxy for ALL of their lots.  We need 12 lots total.
