Hi All,
  I take it by none of you responding that your happy with the proposed 
changes.

Please find attached the proposed circular from BFMS. I have modified it 
to bring it into line with what we discussed at the informal meeting a 
month ago.  If your happy with it let me know So I can allow George to 
Send it out. Otherwise things will get a bit rushed toward the end.

Living in the heart of Sydney is a luxury for all, and being able to 
spend New Years Eve overlooking Sydney Harbour & Bridge from the comfort 
of your own home is a privilege few can enjoy.

As you may be aware, level 7 offers panoramic views of the Sydney 
Harbour and Bridge, and a perfect location to view the fire works on New 
Years Eve.

*Three security guards*will supervise the rooftop, lifts, entry and 
exits of the building. All residents and guests must follow instructions 
from security at all times.

In the interest of fair and comfortable use, level 7 (rooftop) will 
accommodate *150 residents and their guests* with music and the 
fireworks simulcast. Access will be granted by way of ‘rooftop 
bookings’with the issue of a wrist band for authorized residents. A fee 
for rooftop access of $30 will be charged per wrist band with a maxium 
number of 8 wrist bands issued per apartment. Rooftop access is strictly 
limited and the monies collected will fund the security and cleaning 
services

The rooftop will be open at *7.30pm*. At *1.15am* all persons using the 
rooftop will be asked to start making their way out. The roof top will 
close at *1.30am* /sharp/.

Please note: */_G_/**/_lass is not permitted_/*on _level 7 or common 
areas_, all drinks must be transferred to a plastic cup or bottle before 
leaving your apartment. In accordance with state laws, the supply and 
the consumption of alcohol by minors under the age of 18 is not permitted.

Anyone judged to be throwing anything over the balcony, intoxicated or 
smoking outside designated areas will be asked to leave argumentative or 
disruptive behaviour as well as damage to common property will be 
referred to the police. Marquis is under comprehensive video 
surveillance. .
