Ms Dennison,

You vacated your apartment 602 yesterday.

During your move you left your refrigerator for a long time in the lobby on
the carpet between our two apartments.  Something has dripped from the
fridge right through the carpet to the cement.  Also, numerous stains, which
cannot be taken out by regular cleaning, have been left (see attached pix).

I assume you will be replacing the whole carpet as this is not a carpet paid
for by the EC (you and I jointly bought it and it was in good condition
prior to yesterday).

It's a shame that you couldn't have at least left me a note to apologize for
the damage caused, explain what had happened and what you would be doing
regarding the matter. Would you kindly advise when you will be replacing the
whole lobby carpet.
