I would like approval to progress with laying floorboards inside my apartment. I have spoken to both the floorboard vendor and also the trades person who will be laying, and they have agreed that the attached spec'd board and underlay will ensure that there is no noise that will interfere with neighbors.

Could you please advise if I am ok to proceed.
