Further urgent repairs are required to the facade by abseil contractors on the 25 April 2015.

This will only affect the South side (William Street) of the building.  Please ensure your blinds are closed should you require privacy.

Good Afternoon Resident

Please be advised that urgent works to the level 1 south east facade (Cnr William and McElhone St) will be carried out from 7am on Friday 27 February 2015.

Once repairs have been carried out, the contractor will inspect a number of areas of the facade.

Access for both tasks will be by rope (abseiling) from level 7 and will only affect the South side (William Street) of the building.  Please ensure your blinds are closed should you require privacy.
