I agree.   However that's not the order we have been given. The order 
was to do the engineers report and follow the recommendation. Let's do 
exactly that. The owner of 601 was not happy with your original 
recommendation I dont want any room for this to end up back in front of 
the tribunal. Let's follow their recommendation. I also suggest we do as 
offered and get the engineer to prepare the scope of work. There is no 
room for BFMS or the Owners corp to be blamed if things dont work out as 
planned that way.
