I suggest we go ahead and get the engineer to prepare the scope of work and engage contractor.. This is an absolute win as we originally proposed a superior and more expensive solution in installing the drip tray which was rejected by the owner. 

As we suspected the water ingress inside the apartment appears to be not the fault of the owners corp and our proposed solution was superior the the engineers recommendations in any case. 

Do we have any regress on the owner of 601 that would stop him making frivolous claimed the the future. 

Pia can you also insure the owner of 601 is given a copy of the report and is made aware of our progress to prepare scope of work.
