Good morning all

I have thoroughly perused the Engineering Report of Lee Carroll from Strata Engineering Solutions concerning Unit 601.

In summary, his report does not disclose any significant water penetration to unit 601.

I agree with his recommendations to:

1) Completely coat the planter box walls in waterproof paint; and
2) Instal a drip tray under the slab edge to catch water (this was previously agreed to be implemented by the EC).

The Engineer has also opined "that there is no indication that the rooftop waterproofing has failed" and from his inspection "there is no evidence of significant water ingress into unit 601".

I believe that by adopting the recommendations of the Engineer the EC is acting responsibly in the eyes of the STT to resolve this issue.

Pia, on another issue, could arrangements be made for convening the Annual General Meeting, and subject to the convenience of all, I would suggest the 1st week in May.
