Whilst you were away there was no issues with water penetration. In fact there were no issues whatsoever while you were away.
I reject your claim outright "now our property manager doesn't want to follow through in this matter”
It’s a ridiculous claim to make. So stop it. George Ziri has been at your beck and call on this matter, except while you were away. He has always dealt with your personal whims in an expedited manner. He has advised you of the outcome and if you want to take this matter further, he has given you the details of what you should do.
This is yet another example of your questioning the integrity of the Building Manager. I am not sure why you continue to harass George, not to mention other people in the building. You already have had one AVO taken against you.
You are not in a position to start dictating to the Building Manager when you have a special need. And there seems to be an extraordinary amount of them. He is not at your beck and call, he is employed by the Building for the benefit of all owners.
The matter is closed until you provide your own evidence.
By the way, have you removed the illegal partition as yet?
One more thing, there is now a new communication protocol in place due to the overly excessive requests coming from you. I will ask our Strata Manager to send you the details.
Please don’t copy me on your emails anymore, go through the Strata Manager who will deal. I’m sick of you.
That’s all.
