Hi Pia,

 

I would ask for an additional item be placed on the agenda. 

 

.         To seek permission to engage Engineering Solutions to either
resubmit or rework the Residential Levy plan, in conjunction with their BMC
report. I believe that they may not have allocated the correct capex and
maintenance items to the Commercial and Resi strata's.

.         I would seek for a report that has the costings confirmed with
George Ziri (as they had no representative present during their inspection)
and that it spells out the various responsibilities and cash flow
expenditure forecasts.

.         This will allow me to complete the cash flow, that will test our
levy assumptions and tell us how much money is really available for
refurbishments to the floors, roof and entrances.
