I have been slammed at work, compounded by getting sick and being at a conference for a week. 

 

I will set out the questions for the BMC (Rob) shortly, to fill in the blanks.

I totally agree with Rowan. Let’s take this to the next stage. I think it looks fantastic. Even better, we have 2 sides so twice the space. Where did you get this from Dave? Perhaps we could find out how much it roughly cost them.

Thanks for sharing this, I’ll put it the portfolio that I have. That space does look great and for sure I’d love to do something of that nature with the roof. That’s what we’re up against with the new competition coming into the market with getting top dollar in values as all the new place have something like this. We have a much better view too which is nice for us.

This is an image from a development in Foveaux Street, Surry Hills.

I though it looked amazing and very doable in our space?

Obviously an ongoing gardening budget would be needed.
