Hi Matt,

I'd be grateful for an opinion from Pia. What are the 'pros' and 'cons' of taking this further? Does it cost us and what are the possible outcomes. I think if he feels some financial pain he is unlikely to be so anti-social again. If it's just a threat then I can't seeing it being much of a disincentive.

I am sure Pia has had experience in other buildings. What were the scenarios and outcomes there?

My wife spoke to him on the weekend. He seems like he is going to comply. I think if Andrew is happy lets wait on mediation. Of cause if he does it again we can go forward.

Has there been any action on this as yet? We need to strike these people while it is still top of mind. Could you please update the EC on the status of following through on Andrew and Matts requests from the past few days as well as the earlier requests of late September - early October.

I'm afraid to advise you that last night (or rather at 0400 this morning) apartment #301 started the music (admittedly a little quieter than last Saturday) and a group of people were talking in loud voices on the balcony. It was impossible to sleep - I gave up at 0500 and went to the gym. It was all over by the time I got back around 0630.
