The owner has place a notice on common property (apartment door) without the permission of the owners corporation.

There is no leak from level 7 into 601 therefore the information is incorrect.

I have removed the notice but would you be kind to issue 601 with a breach notice today by email as this information is tarnishing marquis and may affect decision of prospective purchasers of 602.
