[200William-EC SP67851] Music from 301

I think a notice to comply should be in order. We have asked Maxine to 
send 3 notices to these guys. So we are ready to go forward with this. 
This started after the lockout laws were introduced. They come home 
after the club closes at 3am and turn up the base to 11 until about 6am.
