I didn't get far in terms of further activity by the people in 404 but I have raised my suspicion with the agent and insisted they change the tenant after the term.

I will send a memo to all residents advising to keep vigilant.

Hi George,

I'm not sure how you went with the residents from 403 or 404 regarding activity in the car park and broken storage boxes? Anyway, my wife had a strange conversation with one of the residents from one of the above apartments today (tall skinny male - she did not see which apartment he went into) who kept asking if she knew of anyone who was "away" or "on holiday" at the moment. Not sure there's much you can do but just thought you should know.
