[200William-EC SP67851] Proposed bylaws.

Hi Pia,
Do we have a final draft of the proposed bylaws yet. If so can you
please post so we can discuss. I am assuming you will need to post the
proposed bylaws out with the EGM agenda with 14 days notice. So It's i
guess imperative we see the bylaws so we can make sure they are what we
want.
