It was a pleasure speaking with you on the phone yesterday.

 

As discussed, the following reports (for the 3 schemes: BMC, Residential and
Commercial) will be sent to you QUARTERLY beginning June, September,
December and March each year. Noting that your financial yearend is
February.

 

.         bank statements

.         comparative Balance Sheet

.         Variance P & L (%)

.         Status Report - (available online)

.         Aged Balance List - (available online)

.         Cash Payments

.         Receipts 

.         general ledger (Income and expense)

 

Attached are sample reports for your perusal over the long weekend and the
master chart of accounts as requested. Just let us know if there's any other
information that you require further or if there is a report that may not be
useful to you. The financial statements that you will see online are
slightly on a different format in the sense that they do have the
corresponding account codes on the left-hand side.

 

We are also pleased to send you your online login details so you can view
reports 24/7 at your convenience. As discussed, overtime, we are constantly
trying to improve and add more reports to what's available online at this
stage. We are working with the programmers on this aspect.
