Hi All,
This matter remains outstanding and Brook is intiteled to live in an
apartment that doesn't leak. The way I see it we have two options.
1) Agree to one of the quotes so Brook's balcony is repaired and no
longer leaks.
2) Do nothing and Brook will go to the tribunal which will compel us to
fix the common property.
I think it's unfair to stall on this. Let's get a clear direction on
which quote to except and vote. I dont believe we have the options just
to put it off and unlike other residents Brook has been very
understanding with the delays.
George. Can you run through the quote options for us again and give your
recommendation. We need to also understand that this is off budget.
Maxine can funds for this be sourced from the sinking fund.
