All,

 

Attached is report and summary for the repairs to 402 balcony.

 

The report provides two options  is self explanatory.

 

Option 1 repairs the issue at hand.

 

Option 2 is for the renewal of the entire balcony. During rain water
falls back to the hob rather to the drain. This is an aesthetics issue
and does not cause an issue to the apartment interior. This would be
something that would need to be discussed amongst each other.

 

I cant not recommend what option the Executive Committee to make. I
would prefer Tony Tesererio carry out the repairs as he carried out the
tests. However Empire building services is also another contractor which
I'm also content with and recommend.
