Hi George

One of the discussion points at the AGM last week related to the gym on 7. The issue was raised by Edward. Would you mind giving us an update on the gym status in relation to the equipment and accessibility. It was also discussed ventilation was an issue for any one who wants to use the gym. Can you provide us with a bit of background info at this stage so we can take it to the next stage to have the gym fully operational.
