[200William-EC SP67851] Correspondence from 601

As I said earlier, George and Maxine should deal with the matter and involve EC when needed.
So I think we should send an email saying directing him back to George and Maxine.
If he starts emailing each of us directly then we can block them if he becomes a pest.
