[200William-EC SP67851] Building Upgrades Subcommittee

Hi All,
  Rowan has taken up our offer to continue to head the building upgrades 
group. As a non EC member/consultant and is progressing to the next 
phase which he has tell's me is  to meet with designers etc.

A great outcome well Thanks again Rowan.
