[200William-EC SP67851] Building upgrades sub-committee

Hi All,

Clarification:

I understood the meeting dates were set at the last EC meeting back in Feb. We set the date for the BMC ( as that needed to be done first so the budget could be set and approved ) and then agreed we would do the AGM a week later. That’s how I understood it. 

I agree with Barney. Let’s make it mandatory that a notice be given 4 weeks out for our specific strata from now on and then a follow up 2 weeks before. 

Maxine, would you be able to put this in place. I don’t think we need to post twice, perhaps the notice goes out 4 weeks before and then 2 weeks before the agenda, we still need maximum time to add items to the agenda.
