It is unbelievable to have water coming through once again.  This is the 4th
time.

 

George came around this morning and he mentioned that he would combine the
two jobs. However, it's really not a case of economics but rather living
healthfully as soon as possible.  It's impossible to sleep in the bedroom
with the amount of water that has come in combined with the stench from
rotted carpet.

That looks terrible Craig. Perhaps George can combine the two jobs to make
it more economical.

Further to our phone conversation a earlier today,  I wish to confirm that I
have just returned from being away and have found that, once again, a
massive amount of water has penetrated my apartment from somewhere above.
It has come down into the same area that the previous four water

problem fixed once and for all.
