[200William-EC SP67851] Water Penetration to 601/200 William Street, Woolloomooloo

 Hello George,



Further to our phone conversation a earlier today,  I wish to confirm that
I have just returned from being away and have found that, once again, a
massive amount of water has penetrated my apartment from somewhere above.  It
has come down into the same area that the previous four water penetrations
have entered my home ie the main bedroom, the hallway and 2nd bathroom
(please see attached pictures).



This continued water problem has become impossible and I trust you will
take the matter up with the same company we have used on previous
occasions, or another company to get it fixed, once and for all.  Hopefully,
we are still under warranty for the works performed by the previous company
we used.  I believe the only possible way to fix this problem is to use a
dye to trace where the problem starts.



I have pulled up all the carpet and underlay as it was absolutely drenched
and smells badly. Please advise me the next step as this constant water
problem occurs too often and is hazardous to my health.  We must have the
problem fixed once and for all.
