Thanks for the update Rowan and the work you and the team have put in is much appreciated.
To be honest, to save this becoming a roadblock, I would be happy to go with your recommendations.
i.e.; the sub-committee agree on a cost and a design, present the agreed design to the EC for sign-off and go for it.
You’re interest in improving the status of the building is the same as the EC’s so I can see no issues with what you guys are doing.
Every one has different tastes. My opinion is that we have entrusted you guys to come up with a plan, and you’re doing that. So you and the sub-committee are better informed than all of us.
Once again, thanks for the efforts and expertise in making this happen.
