[200William-EC SP67851] Violation of parking by Pack and Send

That was never put before the EC  by our BMC representative.

Maxine when was this approved. It must have been last year as it was not 
approved by me.
Rob can you please advise your reasoning behind granting permission for 
P&S to use the wash bay as parking.
