[200William-EC SP67851] Violation of parking by Pack and Send

I agree we should switch of the card. Here's the thing however. They are 
nothing to do with us. They are a commercial tenant. In the commercial 
Strata. Im not sure we have any rights to turn of anything. By all means 
I think we should give it a go. But when it comes down to it.  They have 
a parking space on the commercial strata plan. We cant stop them getting 
access to it.  The fact that they are parking on our strata plan using 
the access via their card is at most just an aid to them trespassing.

I have no idea how we stop them doing this or even if the tribunal will 
even assist us. This may be just a civil matter.

Maxine would you please advise our options. If turning off there access 
is not an option to us or simply gets reversed.
