As far as I am aware, the repairs to the area concerned were being undertaken on Thursday or Friday this week. That was the last advice we received. I also understand this was dependant on the weather conditions.
What I will do is contact our Building Manager to confirm the details. Once I have up-to date details I will advise accordingly.
We understand your situation in relation to this issue, but please rest assured that our Building Manager has been on top of this matter and undertaken the repairs as quickly as possible. It has taken time to determine the cause of the problem and once that was confirmed, the necessary repairs have been undertaken.
I will report back to you with the latest details.
