Hi,
I support quarterly reports as well.
Monthly would be too onerous; emergency issues will be reported immediately
in any case, so quarterly is a good summary time period.

I for one are very happy with the job George does under difficult
circumstances. He allocates an amount of hour's to our property biased on
how much we pay in the management contract and it's my understanding that a
very large amount of time is taken up by one problem resident. Asking for
reports more regularly then quarterly will just push up the cost of our
building management contract next year.
Very happy with keeping those quarterly reports.

The EC passed a resolution at the December meeting ( could have been the
October meeting ) that we would get monthly reports. This motion was raised
by a former EC member. At the time, the other 8 EC members were neither here
nor there as to getting reports at such regular intervals.
Therefore, I suggest we ask around to the new EC in relation to the
regularity of your reports. I agree with what you say and I am satisfied
with quarterly reports.
Could the EC please advise if they too agree with quarterly reports.

It's been a short while since we had a report on William Street. Especially
now with the new reduced EC it would be good to have a bit more of a regular
update. The last one I have on file is for period ending January 31st. Would
it be possible to put a current update together for the EC and forward
through. Earlier this year the previous EC discussed getting monthly updates
from BFMS and putting the request through to you. I am not sure that was
ever conveyed to you.
