Hi Rob,

 

As discussed at the last meeting the Building Manager quarterly reports
would be apt quarterly as there is more attendance to Marquis than there
are hours allocated. Any items that require the attention of the
Executive Committee and raised immediately in the form of a report; i.e.
issues with significant costs. All the other items are imputed into our
system and presented quarterly.

 

Attached is the June report.

Hey George, 

 

It's been a short while since we had a report on William Street.
Especially now with the new reduced EC it would be good to have a bit
more of a regular update. The last one I have on file is for period
ending January 31st. Would it be possible to put a current update
together for the EC and forward through. Earlier this year the previous
EC discussed getting monthly updates from BFMS and putting the request
through to you. I am not sure that was ever conveyed to you.
