[200William-EC SP67851] Key cards for car park

Hi there, 

At present each tenant of the building gets 1 swipe fro the car park for each car spot they own. One of the commercial tenants has asked for another swipe. They have “promised” they will only ever park 1 car at a time. Based on my experience, I think we must maintain the 1 swipe for each car park rule. Is everyone OK with that?
