[200William-EC SP67851] #601 Window cleaning

Hi there Maxine,

The owner of #601 has requested via an EC member the following: 

"The owner of 601 has requested that we polish his inaccessible glass windows beyond the normal clean which has been completed. Please find attached a quite George organised"

Subsequently a quote was obtained by George. 

The EC had a vote as to whether or not we would approve this expenditure. We have decided at this time the works are non-essential and therefore the expenditure for the works has not been approved. 

Would you mind writing to the owner of #601 on behalf the EC and advise accordingly.
