[200William-EC SP67851] SP 67851 Initial Safety Report - Meeting

Im happy to setup a phone bridge if we want to ring in to a 
teleconference. If that's eraser for everyone.
I believe this should be an informal meeting not a formal meeting of the 
EC.

A formal meeting of the ec will require notice to be given to owners 
minutes posted and also for _observers_ to attend.
