[200William-EC SP67851] SP 67851 Initial Safety Report - Meeting

Hi there Maxine, 

Thank you for organising the Safety Report. The EC have decided it best we meet together to go over the report in detail. Please be advised we have a consensus for a meeting to discuss this safety report ( see below ). Could you please convene a meeting of the EC with discussion of the Initial Safety Report. It would also be handy to have the asbestos report ready for discussion at this same meeting. Can you also please add an agenda item to discuss the new strata tender. I will be giving an update. 

Please make the meeting at a suitable time to all parties. It is very important that we have George available for this meeting. I am on the east coast of the USA until June 24th. I am 10 hours ahead of Sydney ( a day behind ) so I will need to phone in to the meeting. I can call in at anytime of the day, it is not a problem.
