[200William-EC SP67851] Rate's Notice

Hi All,
  Did anyone else receive there levies notice's late this time around. I 
didnt receive my first notice and then received my overdue notice 5 days 
after it was due. As my mail goes to a PO box I don't think think 
Australia Post's fault.

Anyone else get a delay.
