Hi there Maxine,

Further to discussions with the EC and a vote on this request from the owner of #601 the EC have decided not to allow posting of this notice at this time. The decision is based on 1) not wanting to set undue precedents and 2) the notice board is specifically for EC and building management notices. Could you please kindly inform the sender of the request that we are unfortunately at this time unable to assist. Perhaps, we could suggest a direct mail letter and placed in the individual letterboxes might suffice.
