[200William-EC SP67851] Sinking Fund

Hi there, 

Here is some light reading!! 

Recently we were discussing the minimum amounts we should be keeping in the Sinking Fund. This was based on the fact that the building is approaching 10 years old and general maintenance and repairs will be needed more so than usual. On that basis, we the BMC authorised for Solutions Engineering to develop a plan to build up the Sinking Fund to cater for the funds we are more than likely going to be needing, without needing any special levies. 

The report was commissioned in early May and has only just been completed. I attach the report fro your consideration. Could you all please read it carefully. I propose we add it to the agenda at the next EC meeting fro further discussion. 

Maxine, would you mind adding it to the agenda for us. Thanks.
