Hello Dave,

Thank you very much for responding.

Other than the people I have already mentioned, I haven't heard from anyone
else about bringing the EC meeting forward, so let's just stay with the
25th.  I will attend the EC meeting at 6pm and then arrive a little later at
my other commitment.

I can possibly make February 19th but there is a good chance I won't be able
to come on the 19th as I have a heavy work load during the back end of
February.

I can also make a time later than Feb 25th, say Match 4th?

 

Personally it would suit me to keep the meeting as planned on the 25th of
February.

Hi there, 

 

A request was made to see if we could change the meeting scheduled for Feb
25th to an alternative date. It would appear the majority of EC members wish
to keep the date as set for Feb 25th. 

 

Can I go ahead now and ask Maxine to do an agenda based on Feb 25th, 2014?
If anyone has any specific items they would like added to the agenda, please
advise
