Hi Andrew,
  Building insurance is mostly a BMC item. We covered this off at last 
meeting. But essentially. The insurance on our budget is just for paint 
carpet and fixtures. The building structure etc is covered under the 
BMC. It was audited as is normal for a strata when the last budget of 
the BMC was prepared and deemed ok at that time.  Perhaps Rob as our 
representative to the BMC can brief us on the building insurance. Which 
is likely a budget item that you have not seen as it's not in our budget 
but covered in our payments to the BMC.
