[200William-EC] Mext EC meeting

Good morning EC,

I have only had a response from Andrew James to my request to change the
next EC meeting date from Feb25 (please see below).  Would you please advise
as soon as possible if you are able to change the date to one earlier than
Feb25.

Also, I recommended that we had Maxine Wickey attend our next meeting.

Would all EC members please advise if they are able to change the date from
Feb25 to a little earlier due to an important commitment I have on Feb25 (or
anytime after March 15). Thank you

Also, I believe we agreed that Maxine Wickey should be present at the next
meeting.  Can we agree to have her (as an impartial advisor) attend the
meeting.   The cost is minimal.
