[200William-EC] Update to our last EC meeting

Would all EC members please advise if they are able to change the date from
Feb25 to a little earlier due to an important commitment I have on Feb25 (or
anytime after March 15). Thank you

 

Also, I believe we agreed that Maxine Wickey should be present at the next
meeting.  Can we agree to have her (as an impartial advisor) attend the
meeting.   The cost is minimal.
