[200William-EC] Fire Escape Level B3 and external door

Thanks Matt. I found the same issue on Monday but the lane way door down
to the car park. We occasionally come across this.

Im not sure of there is a camera that looks at that door from the inside
of the carpark so you can investigate and make a police report. If
there's no vision of that area. We will just to keep a look out of those
doors.
