[200William-EC] Fire Escape Level B3 and external door

Hi George,
  The fire escape door to B3 was wired open with a piece of string when 
I came in today. The outside door to the street was closed but the lock 
tong was pushed in such a way where entry to the car pack would have 
been possible. I assume it's a break in attempt setup for the carpark 
later tonight.

I have secured both doors.

Im not sure of there is a camera that looks at that door from the inside 
of the carpark so you can investigate and make a police report. If 
there's no vision of that area. We will just to keep a look out of those 
doors.
