[200William-EC] New Years Eve

Good morning Rob

I touched base with security twice on the night and there was nil incident at the time of calling.

This year I closed the east side terrace and had everyone watch the fire works from the west side terrace. This worked out much easier for security to keep an eye on all attendees.
