I would appreciate it if the members of the EC would kindly respond to my email earlier this week regarding any compensation we should receive for allowing an agent to have an auction on the roof of our building (for those interested in buying an apartment in a different building other than Marquis).

 

We are charging tenants for the cages in the parking area.  Why are we not charging a fee for the use of level 7 for this particular auction?

Further to your request, we have a majority approval for you to proceed with the auction. Before you lock anything in, please furnish the EC with the absolute details.

Arrival of the clients and approximate number 

Departure time of the clients

Inspection of area after clients have left 

Contact number

 

We will also ask you to call our designated EC member to let them know you have arrived and again, when the last clients have left. Once you can give us this information we can arrange access for you on the day.
