Thank you for letting me know Craig. The cleaning supervisor was
informed to place the padding to which he usually does. I will take it
up with him.

 

The lift doors were banging this morning and a service call was placed
with Liftronics. The part they replaced the other day appears to have
not repaired the issue.

Hello George,

 

I just ran into the new tenant of apartment 504 and noted that the lift
wall guards are not up and....the movers are in/out of lift number one
without any protection to the walls.  The tenant advised me that the
management of the building had been advised of his move in/time date and
was surprised that the wall guards aren't up.

 

In addition, lift number 2 is out of order.........again. Would you
please contact the lift service company to come out asap.  The weekend
is soon upon us!
