[200William-EC SP67851] Request to hold Auction on the rooftop

Hi there, 

I have had a request from Lifestyle Property. They would like to know if it is possible for them to hold an auction on our rooftop. I have known Lifestyle and Rohan fro a while as he was the leasing agency for 2 of our properties in Marquis. This agency also is associated with Georges family. Personally, I have no issues. Probably a good opportunity to showcase our building to a bunch of high net worth buyers, Rohan is a total professional and his credibility in the industry is first class. 

Could I please have a yes or no vote. 


Here is the email from Rohan: 

Hi Rob, Hope your well, I have an upcoming auction of 170 Cathedral Street, Woolloomooloo. It is a completely renovated terrace worth about 1.2 Million. The owners and I don’t wish to conduct the auction onsite and have been looking for alternative locations. I was wondering would it be at all possible to conduct this on the right-hand roof top at 200 William Street? It would be approx. 40 ppl, for 15-30 minutes one Saturday morning. I thought this could be a great idea as it would showcase the building and the views that is has to offer. If you could please let me know your thoughts and if it is at all possible.
